Description
JAVAC JAV-1025 is an imperial multi-size tube-expander kit for professional copper pipework preparation. Interchangeable heads allow installers to select the required tube size while using one expander body. Kit sizes: The manufacturer lists eight heads covering 1/4, 3/8, 1/2, 5/8, 3/4, 7/8, 1 and 1 1/8 inch sizes, together with a hard plastic carry case. The 1/4-inch head supports smaller pipework connections within the documented tool range. Applications: Professional soft-copper HVAC/R pipework preparation. Follow the manufacturer’s preparation instructions; hard-drawn copper must be heated and annealed before expansion. Do not substitute the metric JAV-1187 kit when selecting the supplied head sizes.
