1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the THE AIRCONDITION SHOP website and our supply of goods and services. THE AIRCONDITION SHOP is the trading name of AS GROUP (VAT: MT3103-8724), registered in Malta and operating from 220 Vjal L-Indipendenza, Mosta MST 9022, Malta. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

3. Orders and Quotations

Quote requests submitted through our website are not binding orders. A binding contract is formed only when we confirm your order in writing. We reserve the right to decline any order or quotation request.

4. Installation Services

• Installation work is assessed according to the property and agreed requirements
• The customer is responsible for ensuring safe site access and adequate electrical supply
• Extra installation work and materials are quoted individually according to the property

Inspection appointments, delivery and payment

Where Standard Installation is included in the advertised AC price, it covers up to 3 metres of copper piping and one set of rubber anti-vibration mountings. Outdoor-unit wall brackets are not included. Any additional materials or non-standard installation work will be assessed and quoted separately before proceeding.

Site inspection is free. A confirmed inspection appointment may be cancelled without charge with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled visit incur a €20 cancellation fee.

A quotation or service request is not automatically a confirmed booking. We will confirm the inspection appointment separately.

Delivery is available by arrangement for bulk orders. Contact the shop to discuss your order and delivery. A deposit is required before delivery.

Instalment payments are not available. Purchases and payments are arranged directly with the shop. There is no online checkout, payment gateway or online ordering.

Returns and refunds

For voluntary change-of-mind returns of in-store purchases, you may request a refund within 48 hours of purchase by presenting the original receipt and returning the exact product in the same condition as sold.

This voluntary policy does not limit your statutory remedies for faulty or non-conforming goods, or any applicable distance or off-premises withdrawal rights. The 48-hour limit does not apply to those rights.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, THE AIRCONDITION SHOP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the goods or services provided.

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of THE AIRCONDITION SHOP or its licensors and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malta. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Maltese courts.
