Description
The FO150 is a refrigerated fish display documented by Bambas Frost. It measures 150 × 85 × 125 cm and uses static cooling. Stainless-steel construction, automatic defrost and LED lighting provide a defined display format for a professional seafood service area. Benefits: A dedicated display keeps the seafood presentation area organised within a defined footprint. Wheels assist positioning, with braked wheels helping retain the unit in its intended service position. Applications: Fishmongers, seafood counters and professional catering areas requiring refrigerated fish presentation. Ice handling, drainage and food-temperature procedures must follow the operator’s hygiene plan.
