Description
The MDX138 is a professional bain-marie unit on a cupboard base without display, documented by Bambas Frost. It has a 138 × 70 × 85 cm footprint and a specified temperature range of +30 to +90 °C. AISI 304 stainless steel is used for the interior and exterior. This version is supplied without the raised display section. Benefits: The integrated cupboard base brings storage beneath the heated section. Stainless-steel surfaces and a drainage valve make routine water removal and cleaning more straightforward. The low-profile configuration leaves the food containers accessible from above. Applications: Commercial catering, buffet and food-service installations requiring a bain-marie for hot food holding. Select the exact model dimensions and temperature range to suit the planned service area; food-safety procedures remain the operator’s responsibility.
